Hot entrees:

• Buttermilk pancakes and French toast, served with toppings – fresh berries, fire-roasted caramel apples, etc.
• Fresh breakfast cottage pies – eggs, cream, cheeses, and various fillings – ham and cheese, bacon and chive, fresh tomato and cheese, sausage, sweet peppers, baked golden brown and served with fresh Pico de Gallo.
• Mexican Scramble – Eggs, cream, onions, chorizo and grated cheeses (cheddar and pepper jack).
• Breakfast burrito and Taco bars with all the fixings, Assorted Mini Quiches.
